- Click your avatar in the bottom-left corner of Tencent WorkBuddy
- Go to Help & Feedback → Submit Feedback
- Describe your request or issue in the input box
- We recommend attaching a screenshot and checking "Upload Logs" so the team can better understand your situation

When to Contact Us

Tips for Faster Support
To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include the following in your email:
- Subject line: A brief description of your issue (e.g., "Login issue on Mac Desktop" or "Feature request: dark mode")
- WorkBuddy version: The version number of your WorkBuddy app (found in Settings > About)
- Platform: Which platform you're using (Desktop Mac/Windows, Web, Mobile iOS/Android)
- Description: A clear description of the issue or request
- Screenshots/Logs: Attach relevant screenshots or log files if applicable
- Steps to reproduce: If reporting a bug, describe the steps to reproduce the issue
