Practice 1: File Content Recognition & Processing ​

Scenario ​

You have a batch of files (PDFs, images, documents) and need to extract, organize, or transform their content.

Steps ​

  1. Create a new task in Tencent WorkBuddy
  2. Select the folder containing your files as the working directory
  3. Describe what you need: "Read all PDFs in this folder and extract the key data into an Excel spreadsheet"
  4. Tencent WorkBuddy will process each file, extract content, and generate the organized output

Example Prompts ​

  • "Scan all invoices in this folder and create a summary spreadsheet"
  • "Extract text from these scanned PDFs and save as Word documents"
  • "Read the images in this folder and describe what's in each one"

Tips ​

  • Tencent WorkBuddy supports PDF, DOCX, XLSX, images (PNG/JPG), and many more formats
  • For large batches, Tencent WorkBuddy processes files in parallel for efficiency
  • Check results in the Artifacts panel as they're generated
