YuanbaoPai Integration Guide ​

This guide will help you create and connect a Tencent WorkBuddy bot in the Tencent Yuanbao app, so you can remotely control Tencent WorkBuddy on your computer to complete tasks anytime, anywhere.

Prerequisites ​

Before you begin, make sure you have:

  • Tencent WorkBuddy installed on your computer with the Claw remote control feature enabled
  • The Tencent Yuanbao app installed and logged in

Tip: If you haven't installed Tencent Yuanbao yet, search for "Yuanbao" in your app store. It supports login via WeChat.

Step 1: Create a Bot in the Yuanbao App ​

Open the YuanbaoPai page ​

  1. Open the Tencent Yuanbao app.
  2. Tap the "Pai" tab in the bottom navigation bar.
  3. Tap "My Bots" at the top to enter the bot management page.

On the "My Bots" page:

  1. Tap "Create Bot" in the top-right corner.
  2. Tap "Link OpenClaw" to enter the linking configuration page.

Get your credentials ​

This guide uses manual configuration — you will fill in the AppID and AppSecret in Tencent WorkBuddy to complete the binding.

Copy the AppID and AppSecret shown on the linking page.

Step 2: Configure in Tencent WorkBuddy ​

Open Claw Settings ​

  1. Open Tencent WorkBuddy and click your avatar in the bottom-left corner.
  2. In the menu, click "Claw Settings".

Find Yuanbao Bot Integration ​

In the "Claw Settings" page, under the "Integrations (BETA)" section, find "Yuanbao Bot Integration" and click the "Configure" button on the right.

Enter credentials and register ​

In the "Register Yuanbao Channel" dialog:

  1. Enter the AppID from the Yuanbao app into the "App Key" field.
  2. Enter the AppSecret from the Yuanbao app into the "App Secret" field.
  3. Click "Register" to complete the binding.

Important: Make sure the AppID and AppSecret are copied completely, with no extra spaces or missing characters.

Confirm binding status ​

After successful registration, return to the "Claw Settings" page. The "Yuanbao Bot Integration" entry will show "Connected", confirming the binding is complete.

Return to the linking page in the Yuanbao app and tap "I've Done It" at the bottom to confirm the link.

Once linked successfully, the page will show a "Linked Successfully" message along with your bot information. You can tap "Start Chatting" to try it immediately, or tap "Add to Existing Pai" to add the bot to a group.

Step 4: Start Using ​

Once configured, you can chat directly with the bot in YuanbaoPai.

Send a simple message (e.g. "Let me run a quick test") to verify the connection. If configured correctly, Tencent WorkBuddy will receive the message and reply in YuanbaoPai.

Congratulations! If the bot responds correctly, you have successfully connected Tencent WorkBuddy to YuanbaoPai!

Troubleshooting ​

Bot not responding ​

  1. Check Tencent WorkBuddy status: Make sure Tencent WorkBuddy is running and the Claw service is active.
  2. Check binding status: Confirm that "Yuanbao Bot Integration" in Tencent WorkBuddy shows "Connected".
  3. Check credentials: Verify that the AppID and AppSecret match what's shown in the Yuanbao app.
  4. Check network: Make sure your computer has an active internet connection.

Registration failed ​

  1. Confirm that a bot has been created in the Yuanbao app and that you have the AppID and AppSecret.
  2. Re-copy the credentials to make sure there are no missing or extra characters.
  3. Check that the Claw service in Tencent WorkBuddy is running normally.
  4. If the credentials have expired, create a new bot in the Yuanbao app to get fresh credentials.

In the Tencent WorkBuddy "Claw Settings" page, find "Yuanbao Bot Integration" and click the "Unlink" button.
